ASSESS. On-site and via Zoom. A look at your team gifting, aptitudes, and abilities within each team and department. Where are our gaps? What does this team need in 6 to 18 months to execute what is next for our organization?
Expect four days both on-site with group and individual engagement as well as zoom (if required) to deliver a four-page pdf executive summary.
TRAIN. We will train your entire team in the art of recruiting. We will teach your team the art of 10x relational power of getting the word out and how to think like a recruiter. We will show them how one hour per week from everyone will net the results your organization needs.
Expect this delivered via zoom with follow-up as required.
CONSTRUCT. We will work with those involved with the communications in your organization (either paid staff or volunteers) to build an automated tool that will be used for recruiting.
Expect a landing page on your website, Mailchimp (or your choice) of automated messaging, custom-written campaigns in your voice to serve an audience of interested individuals.
COACH. For the next 12 months, we will work with you through all staffing needs of your organization including job descriptions, interview processes, vetting, and onboarding.
Expect priority access to Dave, his team, and his network for a year. No matter how many hires you need to make in the next twelve months. There will be periods of intense work and others that are not.
